The Diamond Ring Movie is part of a wall mountable moving sand art series enhanced with the extra dimension of a background image. The frame is black lacquered beach wood paired with a breathtaking background image. Diamond rings are found at the beginning and end of the solar eclipse. Sunlight leaks from the shadow of the moon in one place, a phenomenon that shines like a diamond. This miraculous moment, which can be seen only for a few seconds, was used as the background. The Sand blend is a striking combination of Ruby, Ash, White, Blue, and Silver Glitter.
How It Works:
Turn the sand picture over to watch the battle of the elements: The sand just wants to settle at the bottom, the air just wants to escape to the top, the water hosts the party. The result is the sand trickles between the air bubbles to create fascinating stratifications in the sand mountains. Mount the movie to the wall using the provided wall mount and screws, then slide the rotating bracket on the back of the sand picture into the mount. This allows for the sand picture to hang like a picture and be displayed both horizontally and vertically.
